Some issues arise with language, and interpretation, some that the writer may not be aware of.

That’s why it’s advised you use simple to understand language in your copy. 100% of the time. Else risk poor communication, and break in transmission.

If you really want to connect with anyone. You must make sure, they can understand you.

Long form copy is good for high ticket sales, but it’s no good in emails. Send them to a sales page.

Your email should vary between 100-300 words. Anything more may just get skimmed.
