Plain text emails; why they work.

You, me, everyone. We honor simplicity.

You know why?

Because really isn’t an easy fit. Simplicity is the passion of God.

He gave us teeth to chew; instead of a mill.

He gave us legs to walk on; instead of a motorcycle.

He gave us eyelids; instead of a garage.

Simplification is forgoing all complexities for you and others. And that’s what a plain-text email is.

You cut back and rely on your words to make a point. To make a sale.

You rely on the font; you rely on your syntax. No pictures, no videos. Just text.

There’s no need to bog your copy with all those anyway. Because we all oblige a friend who has a good story to tell, even if they have no pictures to show. Your subscribers are your friends aren’t they.

You can’t be just another corporate body trying to siphon their wages. So you have to be better. Be cozy, be warm. Send plain text emails. Insert pictures only when absolutely necessary.
